I grew up in church and accepted Christ young, but it was more about following friends than truly knowing Him. Throughout high school and early college, I drifted far from God, placing my identity in sports, relationships, and peer approval. After a football injury and family struggles, I felt empty, anxious, and purposeless—living for things that could never satisfy. I reached a breaking point, and it was there that God met me in my brokenness. I realized I couldn’t keep running my life and needed something real. Through the help of a Campus Outreach mentor, I came to understand the true Gospel—God’s grace, forgiveness, and the joy of surrendering my life fully to Christ. I rededicated my life to Him and found the peace and rest I had longed for. I now live with a desire to glorify God and point others to the hope I’ve found.
