Birmingham Staff

I came to college with the priorities of any other freshman looking to live the party life. I slowly started to see my desires shift as I hit a low point at the beginning of my second semester. I needed something more but didn’t know what it was. I reached out to the chaplain in my fraternity and things started to change. I began to learn about Jesus and His character. I learned the emptiness in my heart was my own sin. It had me feeling empty and I eventually gave my life to Christ because of the hope we have and the victory over our sin at the cross.
